The adult family home must not willfully interfere with a representative of the following in the performance of official duties:
(1) Washington protection and advocacy system as defined under RCW
71A.10.080; or
(2) Long-term care ombuds as defined under chapter
43.190 RCW, the state regulations for the long-term care ombudsman and under federal law.
(3) The department must impose a civil penalty as per WAC
388-76-10975 for any such willful interference with a representative of the long-term care ombuds program.
