In making a determination whether to issue an assisted living facility license, in addition to the information for each person named in the application, the department may review other documents and information the department deems relevant, including inspection and complaint investigation findings for each facility with which the applicant or any partner, officer, director, managerial employee, or owner of five percent or more of the applicant has been affiliated.
