The purpose of the support assessment is to:
(1) Collect a common set of assessment information that is scored for all persons who are eligible to receive a DDA assessment per WAC
388-828-1100;
(2) Promote a consistent process to evaluate client support needs; and
(3) Determine whether a person meets the ICF/IID level of care standard for potential waiver eligibility.
