(1) An overnight planned respite services provider employee, administrator, owner, direct support professional, volunteer, and any other employee who may have unsupervised access to a DDA client must have a background check.
(2) Any person required to have a background check under this section must have a nondisqualifying background check result every two years, or more frequently if required by DSHS.
