(1) A qualified provider of therapeutic adaptations is a person who is contracted with DDA and:
(a) A registered contractor per chapter
18.27 RCW and licensed and bonded to perform the specific type of work they are providing; or
(b) A medical equipment supplier with a state contract as a Title XIX vendor.
(2) A qualified provider of therapeutic adaptations may also be someone who is contracted with DDA as:
(a) A purchasing goods and services contractor; or
(b) A CIIBS goods and services contractor.
