In addition to the information required by WAC 391-25-130, lists of state civil service employees provided in proceedings under RCW 41.06.340 and/or chapter 41.80 RCW shall also contain the job classification and work location of each employee. The employer shall send a copy of the list (excluding employee addresses) to all other parties in the case, at the same time as the list is sent to the agency.
