The election officer shall prepare and furnish to each of the parties a tally of the votes cast on unchallenged ballots and the number of challenged ballots. After the subsequent resolution of challenged ballots affecting the results of the election, a revised tally shall be issued and furnished to the parties. The tally shall indicate whether the results of the election were conclusive or inconclusive.
