Each petition for clarification of an existing bargaining unit shall be in writing, and shall be filed at the commission's Olympia office, as required by WAC
391-08-120(1). If the petition is filed other than as a jointly filed petition, the party filing the petition shall serve a copy on the other party to the collective bargaining relationship in which the disagreement arises, as required by WAC
391-08-120 (3) and (4).
