The examiner may direct that the complaint be made more definite and detailed, upon motion of the respondent, if the examiner is satisfied that the complaint is so indefinite as to hamper the respondent in the preparation of its answer.
(1) The respondent shall file its motion on or before the date specified for the filing of an answer. The motion shall be filed and served as required by WAC
391-08-120.
(2) The filing of a motion under this section shall extend the due date for the respondent's answer until a date set by the examiner.
