(1) Public schools. The office of superintendent of public instruction will obtain the list of electors from the Washington state school directors association or the individual educational service districts. The list must include each public school director's: Name, mailing address, school district name, and board member position or director district number.

(2) Approved private schools. The state board of education must provide to the office of superintendent of public instruction the mailing address

for the board of directors of each approved private school.
