Appeal procedures.

Career and technical education certification candidates who apply directly to the superintendent of public instruction for a certificate, certificate renewal, or certificate reinstatement and whose application is denied shall be entitled to appeal that decision in accordance with the appeal procedures in chapter 181-86 WAC.
