(1) The medicaid agency pays for one home health aide visit, per client per day. Additional services require prior authorization and are granted if medically necessary, as defined in WAC
182-500-0070.
(2) The medicaid agency pays for home health aide services, as defined in WAC
182-551-2010, in any setting where normal life activities take place.
