(1) The presiding administrative law judge may dispose of any appeal or petition for hearing through:
(a) An order approving a withdrawal of appeal;
(b) An order approving a withdrawal of a petition for hearing;
(c) A consent order; or
(d) An order of default.
(2) There shall be no petition for review rights from:
(a) An order approving a withdrawal of appeal;
(b) An order approving a withdrawal of a petition for hearing; or
(c) A consent order.
