"Qualified sports team" as used in WAC 230-03-153 means a Major League or highest-level team organized in Washington state as a member of Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, National Football League, National Basketball Association, Women's National Basketball Association, Major League Soccer, or National Women's Soccer League. This does not include lower-level teams including, but not limited to, minor, farm, or development league teams.
