(1) Acquiring persons may obtain an application from the department.
(2) An application is determined to be complete when the acquiring person submits a completed application, the documents required in WAC
246-312-040 and required fee(s).
(3) The department may subpoena additional information or witnesses, require and administer oaths, require sworn statements, take depositions, and use related discovery procedures at any time prior to making a decision on the application.
(4) The application and supporting documents are subject to the Public Disclosure Act and any exemptions (chapter
42.17 RCW).
