Local anesthesia.

Local anesthesia shall be administered only by a person qualified under this chapter and dental hygienists as provided in chapter 18.29 RCW.
(1) All offices must comply with the requirements listed in WAC 246-817-724.
(2) A permit of authorization is not required.
