Optometrist with prescriptive authorization.

Any optometrist who prescribes outside their scope of practice or violates any state or federal law or regulations applicable to prescriptions, may be found to have committed an act of unprofessional conduct and may be disciplined in accordance with the provisions of chapter 18.130 RCW.
