To reactivate an expired license:
(1) If the license has expired for one renewal cycle or less, the applicant shall meet the applicable requirements of chapter
246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(2) If the license has expired for more than one renewal cycle and the applicant has been in active practice in another United States jurisdiction, the applicant shall:
(a) Submit verification of active practice from the other United States jurisdiction; and
(b) Meet the applicable requirements of chapter
246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(3) If the license has expired for more than one renewal cycle but less than five years, and the applicant has not been in active practice in another United States jurisdiction, the applicant shall meet the applicable requirements of chapter
246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(4) If the license has expired for five years or more, and the applicant has not been in active practice in another United States jurisdiction, the applicant shall meet applicable requirements of chapter
246-12 WAC, Part 2, and retake and pass the NPTE.
