The independent audited financial statements required by section 38(1), chapter 462, Laws of 1993, shall be in such a form that they clearly show the results of operations, and the assets, liabilities, and equity of the managing general agent, and the income and expense attributable to acting as managing general agent for the insurer. Nothing in the act or this regulation (WAC
284-12-200 through 284-12-260) prevents the insurer from requiring additional information, more detail, or a specified format so long as that specified format at least meets the requirements of this section.
