How should information about the timing of the settlement be reported?

When reporting the timing of the settlement under RCW 48.140.030(9), reporting entities must report whether the claim is settled:
(1) Before filing suit, requesting arbitration or mediation hearing;
(2) Before trial, arbitration or mediation;
(3) During trial, arbitration or mediation;
(4) After trial or hearing, but before judgment or award;
(5) After judgment or decision, but before appeal;
(6) During an appeal; or
(7) After an appeal.
