(1) The commissioner may deny, suspend, revoke, or modify certification of an IRO if the commissioner has reason to believe the applicant, certified IRO, its agents, officers, directors, or any person with any interest in the IRO has failed or refused to comply with the requirements established under this chapter.
(2) The commissioner may conduct an on-site review, audit, and examine records to investigate complaints alleging that an applicant, certified IRO, or reviewer committed any conduct described in WAC
284-43A-120.
