Must state-plan and self-certified manufacturers notify you if they manufacture at more than one location?

(1) We must approve each recreational vehicle manufacturing location producing units for sale or lease in Washington state.
(2) You must send us the following information for each manufacturing location when you are certified:
(a) Company name;
(b) Mailing and physical address;
(c) Phone and fax number if available;
(d) Type of recreational vehicle(s) manufactured;
(e) Contact person for plan review; and
(f) Contact person for plant audit.
(3) You must update the information as it changes.
