(1) Salon shops must post notice to customers of participation in the apprenticeship program. At a minimum the notice shall state "This shop is a participant in a state approved apprenticeship program. Apprentices in this program are in training and have not yet received a license."

(2) Apprentices must wear identification visible to the public that states they are participants in the apprenticeship program.
