Agreements must be made with the department in connection with the construction of range improvements on state range lands. Such agreements must address ownership of the improvements and its disposition at the end of the permit term. Grazing permit fees may be adjusted to compensate permittees for the construction of range improvements or performance of range conservation practices where prior written approval has been given by the department.
