When a community corrections officer causes the arrest and detention of an offender, the community corrections officer shall cause a suspension of community custody order to be personally served on the offender within twenty-four hours of arrest, excluding weekends and holidays. The community corrections officer shall electronically submit a copy of the suspension of community custody order to the board and the attorney general within one working day of service of the suspension order.
