(1) When acting as the responding jurisdiction in an intergovernmental child support case, the division of child support (DCS) provides the full range of services available under our state plan pursuant to Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act to:
(a) Another state;
(b) A Tribal IV-D program or child support agency; and
(c) A country as defined in 45 C.F.R. 301.1.
(2) The DCS central registry provides the same services for all IV-D cases, including intergovernmental cases.
