As required under 45 C.F.R. 303.7 (a)(3), the division of child support (DCS) ensures that its organizational structure and staff are adequate to provide for the administration or supervision of the functions specified in 45 C.F.R. 303.20(c) for its intergovernmental IV-D caseload, including but not limited to:
(1) Intake;
(2) Establishment of paternity;
(3) Location of noncustodial parents;
(4) Establishment of child support orders;
(5) Collection and/or enforcement;
(6) Monitoring; and
(7) Review and adjustment of orders.
