Licensing—Certain state employees and employee household members—Prohibited.

The department must not issue an adult family home license to employees or members of the employees' household of:
(1) Aging and disability services administration; or
(2) The department when the employee's duties include:
(a) Placement of persons in an adult family home; or
(b) Authorizing payments for any resident's care and services in an adult family home.
