What proves that adult protective services provided notice of the initial substantiated finding to the alleged perpetrator?

Adult protective services may prove notice was provided to the alleged perpetrator by any of the following:
(1) A sworn statement, certification, or declaration of personal service;
(2) A sworn statement, certification, or declaration of mailing; or
(3) The certified mail receipt confirming the notice was delivered.
