(1) The enhanced services facility must have adequate equipment, supplies, and space to carry out all functions and responsibilities of the facility.

(2) Safe and sanitary areas for:

(a) Storage and handling of clean and sterile nursing equipment and supplies; and

(b) Cleaning and disinfecting of soiled nursing equipment.
