What are the client's rights if the consumer directed employer rejects their selection of a person to serve as their individual provider or discontinues their current individual provider's assignment?

(1) The client may choose to receive services from a different individual provider or another qualified provider.
(2) The client has the right to dispute the decision under the consumer directed employer's dispute resolution process.
(3) The client does not have a right to a hearing under chapter 34.05 RCW.
