What is the effective date of my eligibility determination?

(1) If DDA receives sufficient information to substantiate your DDA eligibility, the effective date of your eligibility as a DDA client is the date of receipt of the final piece of documentation.
(2) DDA services cannot begin before the effective date of your DDA eligibility.
