A residential habilitation center (RHC) is a state-operated facility certified to provide ICF/ID services (see chapter
388-837 WAC) and/or nursing facility services (chapter
388-97 WAC) for persons who are eligible as specified in WAC
388-825-091. RHCs include:
(1) Rainier School in Buckley, Washington;
(2) Fircrest School in Shoreline, Washington;
(3) Yakima Valley School in Selah, Washington; and
(4) Lakeland Village in Medical Lake, Washington.
