When can the department otherwise terminate an individual's contract to provide respite care, attendant care, or personal care?

The department may otherwise terminate the individual's contract to provide respite care, attendant care, or personal care for default or convenience in accordance with the terms of the contract and to the extent that those terms are not inconsistent with these rules.
