(1) The companion home provider may transport a client if the provider has:
(a) A valid driver's license under chapter
46.20 RCW; and
(b) Automobile insurance under chapters
46.29 and
46.30 RCW.
(2) The companion home provider must ensure all transportation needs identified in the client's person-centered service plan are met.
