(1) If you refuse to participate in the risk assessment, the administration cannot determine what your health and safety needs are, or whether you can be supported successfully in the community with reasonable safeguards. You will not be eligible for any administration services except for case management and community first choice (CFC) or medicaid personal care (MPC) services (if eligible under chapter
388-106 WAC).
(2) Your name will be placed on the specialized client database. This database identifies individuals who may present a danger to their communities.
(3) If DDA determines it can provide only case management and CFC or MPC services, you and your legal representative will receive a notice of the determination that explains the decision and your right to appeal that decision.
