(2) Your IFS waiver services annual allocation is based upon the DDA assessment under chapter
388-828 WAC. The DDA assessment determines your service level and annual allocation based on your assessed need. Annual allocations are as follows:
(a) Level 1 = one thousand two hundred dollars;
(b) Level 2 = one thousand eight hundred dollars;
(c) Level 3 = two thousand four hundred dollars; or
(d) Level 4 = three thousand six hundred dollars.
