Lobbyist voluntary registration.

A person, exempt from registration under RCW 42.17A.600, who voluntarily registers as a lobbyist, shall not be required to file the reports required by RCW 42.17A.615.
The employer of any voluntarily registered lobbyist shall not be required to file the reports provided in RCW 42.17A.630.
