Lobbyist nonreportable expenses.

A registered lobbyist who is not compensated for lobbying and, who in advance, informs the commission that the only expenses to be incurred are those exempt from reporting as provided in RCW 42.17A.615 (3)(a) through (d) shall not be required to file an L-2 report.
