Petition in writing—Number of copies—Filing—Service.

Each petition for a ruling on a nonassociation claim shall be in writing, and shall be filed at the commission's Olympia office as required by WAC 391-08-120(1). The party filing the petition shall serve a copy on the other party to the dispute and on the employer as required by WAC 391-08-120 (3) and (4).
