Any subrecipient failing to comply with the process or procedures of this chapter shall be subject to the withholding or recovery of state or federal moneys. The superintendent of public instruction shall recover moneys or withhold future funding as necessary to implement management decision letters or corrective action plans. Money withheld may be released upon corrective action.
