The report submitted pursuant to WAC 392-126-435(2) may include an application for continuation of the cooperative partnership. The contents of this application will conform to the requirements set forth in WAC 392-126-425 and will be subject to review by the superintendent of public instruction set forth in WAC 392-126-420.
