At any time prior to April 15th of the current calendar year, a school district may request review of calculations made pursuant to this chapter. The request shall be in writing and shall be signed by the school district superintendent or authorized official. The superintendent of public instruction will review calculations and respond to the district on or before May 15th of the current calendar year.
