Parentally placed private school students means students eligible for special education services enrolled by their parents in approved, nonprofit private, including religious, elementary or secondary schools. It does not include students receiving home-based instruction under RCW 28A.225.010(4) or students placed by a school district in a nonpublic agency for the provision of FAPE.
