Authority.

The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.205.050 which authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of chapter 28A.205 RCW, the operation and funding of education centers. (The certification or approval of education centers is the responsibility of the state board of education. See chapter 180-95 WAC.)
