Length of certification.

A private educational institution shall be certified as an education center by the superintendent of public instruction for no more than three years and shall report annually any changes relevant to certification criteria set forth in WAC 180-95-020 to the superintendent of public instruction on a form provided by the superintendent of public instruction.
