(1) No person shall operate a common carrier ferry vessel without first having registered with the commission and filing a tariff in accordance with the provisions of WAC
480-51-080. Registration to be made on forms supplied by the commission. Operators of passenger-carrying common carrier ferry vessels must provide evidence of insurance as required by WAC
480-51-070.
(2) Any person who operates a common carrier ferry vessel shall be required to submit annual reports and regulatory fees in accordance with the provisions of WAC
480-51-100.
(3) Operators of common carrier ferry vessels shall maintain accounts in accordance with the provisions of WAC
480-51-110.
(4) Any person operating a common carrier ferry vessel on the date this rule is adopted must file a registration application within sixty days of the effective date of the rule.
