The person to whom a parking permit is issued is responsible for all violations of college rules involving the vehicle; however, that responsibility does not relieve the driver of the responsibility for violations of the rules established by this chapter. If a vehicle in violation is not registered with the college, the current registered owner will be responsible for the violations of the campus rules.
