Authorization.

Pursuant to the authority granted by RCW 28B.30.150, 28B.10.560, and chapter 34.05 RCW, the board of regents of the university adopts this chapter to govern parking and traffic at Washington State University Health Sciences Spokane, hereinafter referred to as WSUS. The board of regents may delegate authority to the president or their designee to adopt changes to the parking and traffic rules in this chapter. If adoption authority is delegated to the president or their designee, changes to this chapter are not submitted to the board of regents.
