Applicable parking and traffic laws and regulations.

The following laws and regulations apply upon lands owned and/or controlled by the university Pullman campus:

(1) The motor vehicle and other traffic laws of the state of Washington (Revised Code of Washington); and

(2) Chapter 504-15 of the Washington Administrative Code.
